sure, it is a good idea with 0% tax but it is the wrong way. Why?
Example:

If I sell a product into the whole world (business to business) the price for example Japan ist Netto-price + tax. The price for for example france is netto-price without tax.

So you can not give a tax from 0 %. This is not possible.

I hope my example is good to understand.

Sure, my example was just... well, an example. The key concept here is the conditional lookup. But sure that needs reprogramming.

"- Die (deutsche) USt-IdNr. des Lieferanten (Rechnungsaussteller),
- die ausländische USt-IdNr. des Kunden (Rechnungsempfänger),
- einen Hinweis auf die Steuerfreiheit der Lieferung (z.B. "innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung")"

The law says:
If the buyer (seller for example Germany or other EU-Mitgliedstaat)
1. Is a company from EU-Mitgliedstaat AND
2. Declare his UST_ID

than he could buy the product with 0% tax.

In this case in the bill must we also read:
- UST-ID from seller AND buyer
- a note: "innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung"; "intra-community delivery"

If the company declare his UST-ID he says (law):"I am a company and I use the product for my own company". (IHK-Franfurt, URL above, Punkt 2-2 and 2-3).

I read to Magento, that in this Shop you have the following possibilities:
1. Product Tax Classes
2. Customer Tax Classes
3. Tax rates
4. Tax rules

I think there are reasons to have this four classes.

I think in joomshopping we have no "costumer tax classes".
There are only private/business, not individuel.
Are you agree?
If yes: Want you adding this in the near future?

Wenn der Kunde sich als Firma registriert hat und über Optionen-Steuersätze-Verlängert Regel Steuer ein anderer Steuersatz eingetragen wird, wird ihm - nach Kundenlogin - dieser Steuersatz angezeigt. So ist es zum Beispiel möglich, für eine Firma in der Europäischen Union im b2b Handel, den Steuersatz 0 unter Firma Mwst einzutragen. Beträgt der Steuersatz 0%, wird er im Shop nicht angezeigt.
