Checkout Not Working After Update to 4.16.0

After I had updated JoomShopping from 4.15 -> 4.15.1 -> 4.16.0, the checkout stopped working, with and without registration at http://dream-up33.ru/ :-( I still can add a product to the cart ("Моя корзина"), view the cart at http://dream-up33.ru/collection/cart/view but when I click the checkout link ("Оформить заказ") pointing to http://dream-up33.ru/collection/checkout/step2?check_login=1 it redirects me back to the cart. Please help to fix.

Yes, usually I use a different browser - Chrome. However, I've just checked the described problem in Firefox - it is reproduced. :-( Any ideas?
