Unable to display the product images other than original size

I'm setting up an e-commerce website for my client. As most JoomShopping users claimed that it is the most easy to use shopping cart for Joomla, so I give it a try. I am very impressed and satisfy with this extension. But one thing it get me frustrate is that I can only upload the product image when the size is set to 'original'; if upload with other image size the browser will just display blank. I've checked the server, the images are there! Can anyone here help me? Thank you!
