Installation von Joomshopping auf Joomla 2.5 Internal Server Error
Hallo,
wenn ich das Joomshopping-Zip unter Erweiterungen hochladen und installieren will, kommt:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Mein Provider ist Domaingo. Der Support meinte es würde daran liegen, das mein verwendetes Paket kein Mod_rewrite unterstützt. Dies würden alle Shops benötigen und ich solle upgraden. Derzeit nutze ich das Power S Paket. Mein Webspace ist nicht voll. Auch habe ich schon PHP5 und 4 ausprobiert, ohne Erfolg.
Kann das sein? Ich traue dem Support nicht sorecht...Hat jemand mit sowas Erfahrung?

Nunja, mod_rewrite benötigt man für suchmaschinenfreundliche URL´s. Du musst dafür in deinem Fall in der .htaccess mod_rewrite abschalten (immer ein # vor den jeweiligen Eintrag setzen). Außerdem kann es sein, dass du bei den Einstellungen noch angeben musst, dass du kein SEO benutzt. Außerdem kannst du keine Komponenten benutzen benutzen, die SEO voraussetzen.
Alles in allem kann man sagen, theoretisch kannst du Joomla auch ohne mod_rewrite benutzen, aber ob du damit glücklich wirst, steht auf einem anderen Blatt.
Mein Rat: Wechsle dein Hostingpaket.

Ok, mach ich. Hab auch noch ein wenig gegoogled und es schein sowieso ratsam zu sein. Ob das mein Installationsproblem behebt, wage ich trotzdem mal zu bezweifeln.
Danke SW, ich sag bescheid obs klappt oder nicht.

Ok, upgrade erledigt. Rewrite funktioniert, aber natürlich lässt sich Joomshopping nach wie vor nicht installieren.
Habs jetzt mal lokal installiert, hier gibts mit joomshopping keine Probleme. Reicht es wenn ich -nachdem ich die SQL Daten auf den Webserver kopiert habe- aus, wenn ich joomshopping unter components hochlade, oder sind mehr verzeichnisse betroffen?

I copyed the database, then joomshoping was in components but without images and many errorcodes. ....after this, I copyed the hole joomla2.5 directory and deleted the old one.
Now:
Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.
?? Can somebody help me??

Du musst in der configuration.php deine Daten für mysql anpassen. Die sind natürlich anders als auf deinem lokalen System.
