Hi,

We are looking to import an old VirtueMart 1.1.9 shop (running on Joomla 1.5.26) to the latest version of JoomShopping on Joomla 3.1.1

Can you tell me 2 things?

Question (1) VirtueMart Import Addon v1.5 (JoomShopping >= 2.9.3 compatible)

^ What version does VirtueMart need to be for the import to work. Can it be 1.1.9? Or does it need to be the latest VM 2.0 series?

Question (2) Upgrade Path

1) Install JoomShopping 2.9.7
2) Install Import Addon v1.5
3) Run Import Addon and see if it works with VM 1.1.9 ... if not, re-evaluate options / need to upgrade to potentially not-working-on-Joomla-1.5 VM2.0 first.
4) Migrate Joomla 1.5.26 website to 2.5.11
5) Run "Component Upgrade 2.9.7 -> 3.2.7 ( after update Joomla 1.5 - 1.7)"
6) Run ~ 30 updates to go from JoomShopping 3.2.7 all the way up to 3.14.3
7) Run "Component Upgrade 3.14.3 -> 4.2.2 (Befere update joomla 2.5-3.0)"
8) Migrate Joomla 2.5.11 to 3.1.1
9) Run ~ 5 updates to go from JoomShopping 3.1.43 all the way up to 4.1.0
10) Test...

^ Does this look like the right set of actions?
