Hello, In my shop I do sell CD's and Musicsheets. For CD's I set shipment cost but for Musicsheet there's no shipping cost because It's the download of the file When the customer buys the CD and the Musicsheet in the same order, Joomshopping does not calculate the total payment and It gets stuck The delivery method page is blank How can I fix the problem? Thanks in advance

Here’s my shop configuration: I’ve created 2 types of products: #1: CD #2: Musicsheets I’ve created 2 types of shipping methods #1: Priority Mail (for physical shipment of CD) #2: Download of music sheet In reality the download of the music sheet does not need the shipment Shipping prices #1: priority mail has a certain price # 2: download of music sheet has € 0,00 since It’s a download Under product tab I’ve selected shipping tab in order to assign the proper shipping metod, for example, for CD’s I’ve elected priority mail and for Musicsheets I’ve selected download From my shop if you buy a CD and a music sheet (within the same order) when It comes the delivery method it appears just the “next” button but you can’t click on it (see screensot) See attached the screenshot for more info. let me know if you need additional info Thanks - Andrea  |

Hi, I've selected the priority mail box but it does not work (see screenshot) May be the download and the real shipment are incompatible within the same shipment?  schermata_2015_12_16_alle_10.20.33.png

Hi now it works in case I buy a downloadable product (music sheet ) plus the CD BUT just in case the shipping address is Italy (posta prioritaria - Italy only) In case the shipping address is international-europe it does not work Any further adjustment I can do? Thanks in advance
