Set menu link in Joomla Control Panel

I would like to set a menu link for JoomShopping in the Control Panel area of my Joomla Admin area. I then want to be able to set an ACL for a user so when they log onto the admin area all they see is JoomShoping module area.

If this is not possible then how do I set a place for my admin to manage the Shopping area.

For the record I have another module which I have set this way.

Here is a screen shot.

The circled ares is where the line item would be. Kunena Fourm is a module I use and was set in this area.

I do not know how that was done or I would duplicate it for Joom Shopping

On another note what is the process normally used for an admin to manage the site. Without using the Jommla Admin area

Is this the case or not?

Will this be a new feature of the program or a module we will need to pay to have?
