[SOLVED]Transactions not getting marked as PAID

I just discovered that purchases are not getting marked as PAID after going to Paypal. Never noticed with purchases that were shipped, but now that we are selling downloads, it affects people who want to download their purchases. I have included an image of the setting for the Paypal Option. Is there something wrong with my settings? It is set to mark as PAID when Paypal process is complete.

I have set those settings and I am still not getting them marked as paid. Any other ideas? I did double check my settings after the last transaction did not post correctly and they match the link you sent.

I checked the paymentdata.log & it appears to be OK… payment_status=Completed
