Other address and My account css issues

i am having 2 issues.

The first is that i cannot seem to be able the fix alignment of the Address form near the bottom where the "other address" option is. it is out of alignment.Is there a quick fix to this?


the second is that after clicking into "my Account" and then in "my orders" the font is the same color as the background in the table and i cannot seem to find where i am able to change this at?


Would be a great help if someone could help with this because these are the final changes that need to be made in order for me to launch a new site.
