Default description text for all products

Default description text for all products

Hi,
This is my website: www.reproductionartgallery.com and because I sell reproduction paintings, there are thousands of paintings I want to upload on my website.

The problems are:
1. All products (paintings) have some identical text about shipping, payment, company info... but I dont know how to create a default description text applied for all products. My web design company said it's impossible but i find it ridiculous because eCommerce has thousands of products, are they typing the same text all over again?

2. How to import product file to Joomshopping?
