ZIP to POSTCODE

Hi, can you tell me which file(s) I have to edit to change the ZIP field to read POST CODE when filling in the customers details.

Also the same for STATE to COUNTY (I assume that this will be the same files....)

So as to make the info more suitable for the UK market.
