PDF invoice not created, no email sent

Hello, when a customer completes and order, the website does not create the pdf invoice and no email is sent letting me know an order has been placed. Any ideas? It appears the order competes on the customer's end I just don't receive any sort of notification letting me know a order has been placed.


Joomla: 1.5.22
JoomShopping: 2.9.6
PHP: 5.9.2
MySQL: 5.0.92

Figured it out. For those who may have this same issue. You MUST attach a pdf header and footer image even if you don't want the PDF to be sent. Without attaching these two files, the store won't even send an email.

browse to: index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=config&task=storeinfo

at the bottom, attach a pdf header image and a footer image.

I keep getting this error though:

TCPDF error: Not a JPEG file: /home/mysite/public_html/components/com_jshopping/images/header.jpg

Firstly, it showed 2 slashes (//) before images/header, I changed that in file generete_pdf_order.php by removing the only slash there.

any ideas?

i have the same problem, i have attached images for footer and header, but the system doesn´t send an email to anybody

i really like this extension, please help!!

I don't know if you've sussed this out already luisbls, but for you or anyone else having this problem please double check the following settings are correct:

Options>Payments>Paypal>Config
Verify data after PayPal RETURN - No
