Not going through to Paypal?

Not going through to Paypal?

When I purchase an item it does not go through to Paypal but immediately say's "Thank you for your order"
(http://trainingelearning.co.uk/index.php/go-shopping/checkout/finish)

The item purchased is showing in the back-end (ORDERS)

Please advise?

I am having the same problem... Did anyone find out why? I can't get my cart work due to this.
