Orders Listed as "Not Finished"

The payments get processed by paypal and redirect back to the site just fine. It appears to have processed normally, but the orders are marked "pending" and they are listed with "Not Finished" included in the "Number" column. I would like to know if your answer means that Paypal payments are not avaiable till the new release. Cause in the case of downloadabe products the customer doesn't receive the file ... I notice that in your services you provide consulting for setting up correctly the paypal payments ... I think that everything has been set up correctly, even the paypal ipn test is OK, but the rder status get not updated, so I think it's not a configuration issue ... Ich meine.... wenn Order "not finished" sind, dann geht es nicht weiter (der Kunde bekommt file nicht automatisch .... Ich sehe aber dass in den Dienstleistungen auch die "Paypal Einstellung" zur Verfuegung ist ... wird es dann moeglich die Files herunterzuladen?
