I don't understand the cause..

From the front-end I'm able to make an order but when if I check from the back-end I don't find the order..

What can I make?

I find that the orders has the status "not completed" in the back-end..
what it's means?

What is means "order non completed" in the list of order?

I select the payment method and complete the order without errors in the front-end
