Paypa not opening ofter oderingl?

Paypal not opening after ordering?

I have two problems.

1.When I purchase an item it does not go through to Paypal but immediately say's "Thank you for your order"

The item purchased is showing in the back-end (ORDERS)

2. When I enter my information into the order form after a few days and hit checkout it will not tack me to the next step.

Please help?

Go to paypal settings and select "default" instead of "go to new web address" ,
do you see the orders in the admin section or the user's order history when you are using test paypal accounts?

I do not see the orders and I just found out that it is only not working in Firefox, It will work in IE.

Any idea?
