Rabatt / Coupons??

I have activated coupons / rabatt, however how do i create coupon codes? I have a facebook page where we post offers and I would like to post say £5.00 off this week, so it would be a code they would enter to get the discount, or say free delivery this week on all items.

How do i create the coupon codes? Thanks
