I'm using the JoomlArt Tiris template included with Joomshopping. However, I'm running into a serious problem even after installing everything twice.

Problem: The browser is not showing the correct inforamtion after adding or deleting product in the cart.

Patterns: When a user is NOT logged in, they can usually add to cart. However, when a product is deleted from the cart, the browser does not update to display that the product has been deleted. I know a product has been deleted even though the browser still shows it has not been deleted, because if they try to checkout, an error message says there is no item in the cart. At that point, the product shows it has been deleted.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please go Joomla back-end.
Go to Plugin, and unpublished "System Cache".

It happen to me also. I knew that it was caused by cache.

I am having this problem as well but I the system cache is not published. Any other ideas?

There seems to be 3 different cache setting within my Joomla setup.
1) Joomla Site > Global > System > Cache Settings (not sure if disabling the plugin will also disable this).
2) The System Cache plugin as martello suggested.
3) Lastly, JoomlArt T3 template cache settings.

Believe it or not... after almost 2 month, I think martello's suggestion actually fixed my problem!!! It's ridiculous that I have to even do this at all. Luckily my audience is small and disabling the cache shouldn't hinder customer experience.
