when I set purchase only "registered", after I entering the registration data, I get the activation link in email. When I open the link in browser I get "error 500". Why? I Use the latest version.

I don't think that is the correct solution. I had the same problem with HikaShop but the developer has solved, giving me the code to insert in php file
