Duplitace URL when you have own menu (not category module) ?

Hello,

I need category url like:
.com/shop/category/subcategory/product

category module can't handle this, so I must create menu item for each category and subcategory by myself.

OK, but when I have 1 product in 2 categories, e.g. parent and children category, I get duplicate links for 1 product. Like:

1 - when I'm in main category (.com/shop/category) I see list of all products. When I click on some product, URL is: .com/shop/category/product1
2 - when I'm in sub category (.com/shop/category/subcategory) I see list of product to belong in this category including my "product1". When I click on my "product1" URL is:
.com/shop/category/subcategory/product1

See the difference?
.com/shop/category/product1
.com/shop/category/subcategory/product1

2 url for 1 product.

Is any way to fix it?
