Wenn ich das Thema noch mal aufgreifen darf... Welche Lösung gab es konkret für dieses Problem. Ich habe dasselbe. Mein Shop funktioniert ansonsten einwandfrei. Nur die Neukunden-Registrierung bringt immer den Fehler:
Error insert in table #__jshopping_users
Danke

Aw: Error insert in table #__jshopping_users
Hello together,
I just got a website running on Joomla 2.5x with this shop to administrate and now I also get this message.
The online website was updated by an Akeeba backup of a local site and this local site is no longer available.
I got this error in the beginning and also after I updated from 3.19.2 to 3.20. Now I had a look on the Joomla debugging and also had a look into the database and just see that there is a database filed missing:
the field 'number' in the table _jshopping_users
How can I manage this? Mybe add a field manually?
Thank you in advance

Aw: Error insert in table #__jshopping_users
I just read your tips and solutions but the problem is:
I got only the online website which was 3.19.2 and there this error appears also.
The website has been backed up on a local server and put into internet - online website.
I only have this online website and do NOT have any access to the local website where the backup was made from. So I unfortunately do not know which was the version before backup on the local site before it has been restored into the online website.
I think the one who made the local site made a backup from an older version and then put this backup onto the online site which has a newer version, or maybe the other direction.
Sorry for this inconvenience.
Let's say: how can I manage this error with ONLY this database I have? Is there maybe a DB field for the version so I can uninstall this one and install an older one ?
Or maybe can I delete the whole shop, install a new one and put in only the database I have?
Thank you for your help

Aw: Error insert in table #__jshopping_users
Or maybe where can I get some older versions before 3.19.2 to try ?
I see I have fields in another clean domo installation of Joomshop 3.19.2 which I do not have in the backup I have on my online site like:
_joomshop_users
street_nr
d_street_nr
also I have much more keys than in the clean 3.19.2 version like:
UNIQUE KEY `user_id` (`user_id`),
KEY `u_name` (`u_name`),
KEY `usergroup_id` (`usergroup_id`),
KEY `usergroup_id_2` (`usergroup_id`),
KEY `payment_id` (`payment_id`),
KEY `shipping_id` (`shipping_id`),
KEY `client_type` (`client_type`),
KEY `email` (`email`)
In my clean 3.19.2 version I only have the first two keys.
Maybe this can help ?

Sorry again :-)
I see in the version history, that the customer field 'number' has been added in version 3.16.2 so I think my database backup should be a version prior to this.
3.16.2 (4.4.1)
Added field customer number.
Changed payment system Debit.
Bug fixes.
That means:
I have a database backup of a version prior 3.16.2 and a shop version 3.19.2
