hello, adding a download product manualy, I get the message "error. file not exist" after saving and clicking at the link for testing. If I put the link straight in to the browser adress field, it works!

thanks for quick answer. yes, file upload via FTP (because of file size!) only name? but how Joomshop is going to find the file? any area where to set the defauld path to the media folder? |

folder: components\com_jshopping\files\files_products not media file for sale: (name file ) / not folder.

ah, interesting! great, it works! but just for understanding... isn`t it not important to have the download files outsite of com_jshopping folder for security reasons? thanks for help. |
