Registration forms for Special users

Hello,
We have implemented Shopping registration for the user to register with their user name and password. It works great.
But when someone orders using the shopping system then they need to enter the address info and so on...but the shoppers are also registered as User and are shown in Shopping under "Clients",
What is the reason for this problem?
