Tax for user group or product

Hallo,

i have the shop with different user groups.
One group is everybody (not registered) - the other is registered and "partner"

The plan is, that the standard users can see the price brutto, incl. Tax, the partner should see the price ntto, without tax.

How to realize?
i did not find a plugin or something to realize that.

Any ides?
