Units in product detail

Hi, there is no possibility to show units in product detail - between amount of products and button "add to card". Only way is to define "basic price", but units must be standard information for every product (without basic price). This is missing in JoomShopping.
Basic price is not working with attributes, so there is no way to use units in product detail. And if you add (in template) "<?php print $this->_tmp_qty_unit;?>" right before button "add to card", it will not display any unit, even if you have defined basic price. To display units must be normal part of JoomShopping (not paid plug-in) I think, it is standard information.
So how to add units (m, kg, pcs.,...) to product detail page?

only create plugin

Can you add this to the next version of Joomshopping (as native part of the shop)? Or create pluggin? This is something what must be in the shop I think.
