Admin Notification Mail Link

Hi,
in our shop new user accounts have to be activated by the admin. The new user has to be assigned to a special user group. The admin gets a mail with an activation link. This link goes to the shop frontend. Is it possible to generate a link which leads directly to the backend where the admin can manage the user group?
