Adding shopping basket to Joomla

Adding shopping basket to Joomla need help

Can i add a shopping basket to my Joomla website.

What i want to do is when i buy something have the option to either checkout or continue shopping.

If i continue shopping i want the product to go to the basket say at the top of my joomla site.

Any ideas?
