need for confirm mail box when using adress only on shop

i want on check out, customer can put his mail address twice for sure ...

first i want to thanks your prompt reply on this forum
when register on site we have ,,confirm mail address,,this is good
but i am using the shop in the way ,,buying without registration,,and in this way when customer are going to input his mail address ,,there in only one box for mail,,,and no mail confirmation ,box ,,so many time customer mistake his mail ( because there is no confirm mail address box) and we can not contact him
is there any way to have ,,confirm mail address ,,box in address also

thanks for your quick reply
i want the customer can put mail confirmation when they are completing order for buying (in adress form)
i am using the shop ,,buy without registration ,, so no registration for customer and customer must fill the address form , but there is only mail address in that form and i need ,confirm mail address at the below of mail in ,,address form
