Webshop without basket

Hi;

This may be a strange question, but is it possible, to set up this shop, without basket? - My goal is to make a site, where different things can be set on sale, with all information, but the user can't buy it online, only by contacting the shop owner.

I'm intent to use a module like Joomshopping, because it's good to presenting the products, and have a lot of good features.
