Issue: We are getting multiple duplicate orders. We use the pm_authorizenet_aim addon.
It seems to happen when people click the 'confirm order' button multiple times while the order is processing. There are different order numbers for each duplicate, so Authorize considers these real transactions. We have had to refund quite a bit of money and need help.
Is there a way to shut off the order button after one click? Or, keep duplicate orders from happening?
