Additional information from client to the shop

Hello,

There is text field in checkout section, when customer can write a note to the shop (_JSHOP_ADD_INFO).
Is there any addon or any other way to add antoher such text area?
I build flower shop and this standard text area is used as information for shop but i need another one to fill with wishes, condolences, etc.
