timezone berlin not working correctly

I checked all php.ini
Time is setup correctly to "Europe/ Berlin".
If I set 19.11.2014 00:00:00
It shows:
Date available: 19.11.2014
But actual date is : 19.11.2014 00:08:24
And it still shows not available.
My serverhost ist 1&1.de
They told me their servertime is setup correctly.
What`s wrong???

And it didn't switched to available.
After 17:00h it switched - after exact an hour - as it usually did.

Any suggestions?

Now the extension isn't woking anymore. It tells only: available at "...". But basket is still shown.

Sorrywas my fault, forgotten to tell the addon not to display via date and not via stock.
It'sworking fine now, it's fixed!
