i have to be more spezific. when someone orders the shop owner gets an PDF bill without name adress etc. only the order number is displayed. |

the problem is, that the owner of the shop gets only the payment info from paypal and there is adress, ordernumber, price visible. but not the product info. In this way the owner doesnt know what the customer is paying for. |

What about if we are not using the paypal method but the payment upon delivery can we show the clients details in any way? |

sorry, I thought the problem is sovled, but it isn't! Still the same! When the cusomer get's the information about payment, the product describtion is missing. only the order number is displayed and not information of what got sold (mail from paypal!). Is it possible, that the administrator gets an information about a deal? Because I dont see, how to set up paypal to get a useful message. I dont understand the administrors "webdesigner" comment: "See joomshopping information (no payment system)" I dont find any "no payment system"!  |

I have checked the emails. Under general configuration the shop administrator email is correct and I have set fpr ventor email the same adress as administrator. but no email reches the email accout! Only the message from paypal goes throught! before I did all the update steps, it worked! I still run Joomla 2.5 with Joomshopping Version 3.20.2 |
