Hi - how can I view the cart without having to add something to it....?

I can add items and then see the cart and then checkout, but if I continue shopping I no way of getting back to the cart / checkout unless I add another item - which I may not want to do.

What I need is a VIEW CART option on all the pages.

Can this be enabled somewhere or have I missed something?

Sorry, just figured out that there is a free cart module available for download that resolves this.

I have a strange thing.

I can't select the 'basket' when producing a menu item. It will give me 'products'. Any idea?

I just told you, that is not working. Default it takes the last one (products). I saw you post about a bug fix on joomlacode. Is this the patch to solve the problem?

Ok when using the patch it works.

But do I need to change this every time I update Joomla? Because this should be implemented as standard in Joomla itself. Cannot recommend this on Joomlacode.

in templates/yourtemplate/index.php
add the following or some variation there of:

then styled it using #myaccount
the "shop-online" will be different for you
