Jcomments integration plugin not working

The plugin is installed with joomshopping component and activated. In the frontend the div for the jcomments is created, but no form is shown.

Jcomments plugin 2.0.2
Is the plugin compatible with the versions used?
Do you have an idea to solve the problem?

Скажите, можно ли в плагине получить данные пользователя? Дело в том что я установил плагин аватаров для jcomments но в комментариях к товару не отображается аватар пользователя, его видно только в коментариях к статьям.

upd: разобрался все работает
