This shop has been in operation about two years. I was contacted by a customer that said the site said "Item shows $0.00, checkout error 1064".
I don't know what checkout error 1064 is, but I was able to confirm that the product image is not carried over as before, and the price shows as zero. This is not on new products. For example, the product I tried was added two years ago.
Then I noticed there have been no sales at all in 2017. So perhaps it started in 2017? I have no idea why.
Could the new year have something to do with it?
