Assign order to joomla user not registered as client

Hello, I have a customer who made an order without creating an user profile. Afterwards he created an user profile on my website.

I tried to assign his order to his joomla account, but I can't find him inside the list showed in the 'edit order' page in the back-end. Is it possible to do this? I am using the joomla user synchronization extension.

I tried that but the person is not in the system? I can find the user in the joomla user overview, but not in the dropdown list inside joomshopping. Bug?

By doing a new synchronization via the 'edit' button from the plugin I was able to find the person. I thought the synchronization was always up-to-date.
