Hi

Having a problem where after moving from Cart to payment, I get thrown a 'Fehler - Fehler beim Speichern in die Datenbank'

and can't move beyond this. Help would be appreciated as this is there on both the dev and live servers.

There is nothing in the error logs on JS or joomla

UPDATE: seems to be only already registered users. new accounts work.

If you need backend let me know.

Hast du Admin Tools von Akeeba installiert? Nach der Deinstallation der Komponente war ich das Problem los.

It looks like Admin tools causes the problem. After removing it the error has gone so far.

Strange fact: Ordering as a registered user was possible but ordering as Super User was not possible.

Anyway, since removing Admin Tools ordering is possible for Super Users as well.

Thanks for the hint - yes it has Akeeba Tools. If it is only Super Users that can't order, I'll leave tools on.

Hatte dasselbe Problem.

Man muss im Admintools in der WAF Konfiguration:

editing backend users from the frontend -> deaktivieren

WAF Konfiguration - Web Applicaciont Firewall - Configure WAF -> Register: Joomla Feature Hardening Options: Disable creating / editing backend users from the frontend = NO
