White pages in French language when using https

I’ve a website in 3 languages: Dutch (default), English and French.
Joomshopping works great when using ‘http’ but when using ‘https’ something strange happens on the font-end.

The Joomla menu items are working and make the forward to the needed pages (product list, manufactures, search, whish list,…)
But when clicking on a product category, manufacturer, using the search function,… a white page appears (page cannot be found).
The strange thing is this issue is only with the French language, so in Dutch and English everything is working fine.

Check or uncheck the ‘Force SSL’ setting in the Joomshopping couldn’t solve the problem.
Changing the language of the Joomla menu item also didn’t make any difference.

Does anyone have a solution?

Please note that we’ve disabled the automatic rewrite to https in the web.config.
By this, French users still can access our webshop pages by using http

Simulating the issue:
Go to https://www.borms.eu
In the right upper corner take ‘Français’ as language by clicking on the French flag.
In the horizontal menu go to ‘E-shop’ and then ‘Shop’
All main categories will be shown on the screen.
For example click on the first category ‘Appareils’, direct url: https://www.borms.eu/fr/e-shop/shop/appareils
A white page (page not found) appears on the screen.

The same page works when using ‘https’

Problem in translation

Thank you for the support.

I’ve solved the translation issue.
The ini-file was saved as ansi and not as UTF-8.

Unfortunately this fix couldn’t solve the problem.
I’ve even disabled all modules for testing but the issue says.

Do you have other idea’s to try?

Disabling gzip solved the problem.
In case you know as solution without disabling gzip, please let me know.
