Hide a Category in the Navigation?

Hi there,

I am using Joomshopping to create a site that sells products aimed at the elderly. In a lot of cases, products can be purchased with VAT relief if you meet certain circumstances.

Ideally it would be great if I could create the VAT options within a product, however I have been unable to do this successfully. Alternatively, I plan to create a new product, the same as the original with the Tax option different. I've put these products within a single Category "VAT Relief". I want these products to be accessible from the original product pages e.g. a link, but I don't want them openly advertised. Is there a way of removing the Category from my Category Navigation that the Joomshopping shop module produces?
