Is the following set up possible (and how?):

Two attributes/options YES and NO. Customer chooses NO, and it just continues to cart, but customer chooses YES, and it will go to a secondary product to be added on (with attributes and option) and then to cart.

Is this possible, or have you got any alternatives?
