Remove the final notes box at the end of the order

Remove the final notes box at the end of the order

Hi,
I am trying to remove the final input box when in the checkout when you are buying a product. It states
"Notes added below will be added to your order:"

I would like to remove this or maybe just change the wording as it does not make sense.

Any help much appreciated.
