Menu categories & subcategories

Menu categories & subcategories

I have a site using Joomshopping.
Have quite a few categories and sub-categories as i sell computer parts etc

Is there a way to display all these as a sort of menu list down the left hand side?
I know there a mod for virtuemart that does this and i urgently need something as people tend to leave your site if its too uch messing around.

there must be a way to display a menu, than having to enter each category and then sub cat

Use the free category module and place it in the template position where you want the module to show up...
