Menu layout problem

Hello,
I have strange problem with horizontal menu when add Joomshopping menu item. Menu layout is OK only when Joomshopping menu item (Sklep) is active. If other menu item is active, whole menu is shifted down. Please look at screenshot attached. It is the same effect on all templates.
