No Buy link in Product nor Add to Cart

joomshopping 3.2.7

no buy link on product in caterory list.
no Add to Cart or Add to Wishlist on product detail page.
works ok on dev machine. thats good.

does not work on production machine howevery this is fresh install configured manually the same.

the shopping cart is blank so can not test this yet. works on dev.

help. i have difficult searching forum for matches.
