I have noticed that when I click on a main category, both the breadcrumb and url show the correct routing, but if i click on a subcategory the address in the url and in the breadcrumb result to a default category no matter what category I am in. It will show the correct product, but the routing is off. Any help?

Here is an image of the problem. The url is not correct either.  I have tried adding aliases and it doesnt correct he issue. I have also attempted using the category mod, but the problem exists there too.
