Change order rating stars and input textbox

Hi, is it possible to change the order of the yellow rating stars and the input textbox of a product? Now visitors can easily forget to mark their rating after they put their input in the textbox.

I have tried to move some code around in jshopping/templates/default/product/product_default.php but without any luck.

Another option is to require the rating with a star if one wants to leave a remark.
