Order not hitting database

Hello - I recently updated my Joomla and Joomshopping to the latest versions, also added the coupon extra fields component. I have an issue with the complete order getting to the database. Everything seems to work fine - add product to cart, authorizenet payment, review cart and submit to complete. But when I get the invoice, both customer and admin, all the info is there except the product info (name, quantity, price) - see attached file. The price total and shipping shows up, but not the product info. Also, when I look at orders in the admin section, everything shows up as it should, except the product info. Do you know what the problem is?

1. Enable debug mode joomla

See errors.

After placing Joomla in debug mode, I receive a 500 error. When not in debug mode, the checkout completes, but the order info doesn't get recorded except for buyer info and total price. Can't locate the problem in the php.
