Image Titles not Showing

Image Titles not Showing

I can not add an Image title! and it show on any product picture. The Text will properly load and save in the Image Upload page but the Title does not show!

Here is a URL for a Shirt where I put :Front" and "Back" as the Image Title but it does not show.

I have not used this function till now so I do not know if it ever worked but I want to start adding titles to all my images when I can.
