How do I change "Quantity" in the front end to "Number of words"

How do I change "Quantity" in the front end to "Number of words"

I want to change how the product appears at the front end. Instead of the customer putting in a value for quantity, I want the customer to enter the number of words (it's an editing site).

I have looked at the backend but cannot find where "Quantity" is written, so that I can change it to "Enter number of words"

Hi there, I cannot find components\com_jshopping\lang\en-GB.php

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Now I enter Extentions->Template beheer (manage templates)->Tekstverwerker->html->com_jshopping.
And then there's nothing.
When I look at the "create override" tab, there are a number of options under com_jshopping, like cart, category, checkout, etc., but no language option!

Also tried through the language override option Extentions-> taalbeheer (manage language)->overrides. But nothing appears with my search criteria.
